There are some cases in which a patient needs to be referred out of the office to a specialist. The premier plan ONLY applies to procedures that are completed in our office. Patients that require a specialist’s treatment are responsible for the specialist’s fees.
The premier plan is a reduced dental fee plan and NOT a form of insurance. This cannot be used in conjunction with insurance. Please ask one of our staff members if you are interested in signing up!
